Section 01

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User") and qr854 ("Platform" or "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the qr854 platform — including the website, mobile application and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

qr854 operates under an international licence and complies with the requirements of that licence in all aspects of its operations. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated version.

Section 02

User Eligibility

To register and use qr854 services, users must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Not subject to any legal prohibition preventing participation in online gambling or betting activities
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Have not previously been banned from using qr854 services
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of a third party

qr854 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Section 03

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at qr854. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, users must provide information that is true, accurate and up to date. This includes:

• Full name as shown on the identity card
• A valid Malaysian identity card number (MyKad)
• An active and accessible email address
• A mobile phone number registered in the user's name
• Accurate bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is considered the action of that user. Please contact qr854 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

qr854 supports a range of secure and reliable deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Payment methods supported by the qr854 platform are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

qr854 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests that require additional review related to identity verification or suspicious activity. In such situations, our support team will contact the user via email or live chat.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

qr854 offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. Please read the conditions of each promotion carefully before accepting a bonus.

For the qr854 welcome bonus, the following conditions apply:

• Welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

qr854 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained in a manner that violates these terms. Users suspected of systematically abusing promotions may be subject to limits or account termination.

Section 06

Game and Betting Rules

Specific rules for each game — including slots, baccarat, sports betting, live casino and lottery — are available within the platform and should be read before playing. The following general rules apply to all game categories at qr854:

• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed by the system cannot be changed or cancelled by the user
• Game results obtained from the system or legitimate sources are considered final
• Any technical error that affects game results will be investigated and resolved at the discretion of qr854 management
• The use of bots, automation software, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited
• Bets placed after the start of a sporting event for pre-match betting will be considered invalid and voided

All odds and opportunities displayed on the qr854 platform are for reference and may change. qr854 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets under exceptional circumstances, including administrative errors, confirmed fraud, or significant technical failures.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities when using the qr854 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account at the same time
• Using false, fabricated, or another person's information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users
• Using third-party software or automation to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting any system errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Using the qr854 platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Sharing account login credentials with another individual
• Carrying out any action that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on the qr854 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, text, software code, user interfaces, brand names, and data — is the exclusive property of qr854 or its licensors. All related copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are fully reserved.

Users are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or distribute any content without written permission
• Use the qr854 brand name or logo for commercial purposes without official approval
• Modify or create derivative works from platform content

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

qr854 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred during gaming or betting activities
• Data loss or service disruption resulting from factors beyond technical control
• Processing delays or failures caused by third parties such as payment providers
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a user's negligence in safeguarding login credentials

qr854's total liability to a user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

Section 10

Changes to Terms and Conditions

qr854 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via:

• In-platform notifications upon login
• Email notifications to the user's registered email address
• Updates to the "last updated" date at the top of this document

Section 11

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qr854 holds its licence. qr854 operates under a valid international licence and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements in all aspects of its services.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights granted to users by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
